
The Canadian Associated Air Balance Council (CAABC) is a non-profit association of qualified, independent test and balance agencies. Testing and balancing has been well established within the HVAC industry for many years. The CAABC is an organization dedicated to enhancing the reputation and technical skills of TAB professionals.
The Canadian Associated Air Balance Council (CAABC) establishes stringent membership requirements that ensure members' objectivity, integrity, and technical expertise. CAABC promotes state-of-the-art TAB procedures and services through technical papers and other publications. To this day, CAABC's foremost objective is to safeguard the reputation and competence of the Council and the TAB profession.
Independence is the cornerstone of CAABC. Member companies provide professional, unbiased, test and balance services. This is ensured by strictly prohibiting any affiliations with contractors, designing Engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
The association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The officers and directors perform a variety of functions to provide for the ongoing management and operation of the association and to ensure that CAABC maintains the highest levels of quality assurance in the test and balance industry
